Protecting Staff Mental Health and Preventing Stress Injuries

Traditionally, the emphasis has been placed on post-incident support of significant traumatic exposure. Recent trends focus on organizational resilience and embedded support for supporting near miss and incident trauma before it happens. Stress injuries such as PTSD are now recognized to be subtle and can be reversible when recognized and supported. This free workshop focuses on trends in support initiatives and technologies to be used in staff training and organizational planning.
