Stress Resilience Training

Learn tangible skills and tools to promote stress resilience from our team of industry-leading educators.

Courses

Our training is offered via self-paced online courses, live virtual training, and in-person training. Our curriculum includes four training courses, which are outlined below. Most organizations train on one course per year.

If you’re not sure where to start, we recommend taking the Psychological First Response course first.

Training for Organizations

These trainings guide organizational structure to support resilience in the workplace.

For organizations new to Responder Alliance, we recommend our Introductory Training Package.

  • For teams wanting to follow our standard course progression, our Introductory Training Package offers training for 30+ participants at a discounted rate.

    This package includes:

    • 30 online course seats (40% off additional seats)

    • 1-hour live session for implementation support
